What Happens To Your Business Social Media If TikTok Is Banned in the U.S.?

 

TikTok is under scrutiny for national security reasons and just recently, Shou Zi Chew, the CEO of the social media giant, testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee. So, as our federal government reviews the social platform, what should businesses do if they’ve launched a brand via TikTok?

The simple answer is – to keep going with the same format style, but begin building on Instagram, YouTube (shorts) and other platforms.

The style of content is what attracts so many people to Tik Tok. Continue with the authentic, engaging, humorous or educational approach you’re already doing, but begin building audiences on all platforms.

Since we don’t know what the future holds for TikTok or if it is even possible to ban, continue on your path to simultaneously reaching people on this site.
