As we continue to explore the Mid-Year review, we wanted to talk about a few key topics. Exactly what are you measuring and most importantly how? So many people don’t measure or benchmark efforts throughout the year because the process is tedious, laborious, and can be a bit frustrating.
The words ‘terrorist shooting’ are words that I never thought I’d write. I grew up in the mid 80’s and never had to worry about terrorism until 9/11. I’ve never had to fear going somewhere with large crowds, places like music festivals, nightclubs or Disney World for that matter.
It’s that time again – time for a mid-year review!
Now is such an exciting time for businesses because you’re able to reflect on what you have accomplished so far for the first part of the year, and yet you’re still able to make adjustments to your plan to be even more successful for the second part of the year. Congrats to you on this opportunity.
